RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your purchase from The Dog Book. If you are not satisfied with your book, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request to return your book within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• The book must be returned in its original condition, without damage, stains, marks, writing, torn pages, or other deterioration.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once the 7-day return period has passed, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will notify you regarding your refund.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Books

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong book, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the book and its packaging so we can review the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Pre-Orders

Books purchased as Pre-Orders are subject to the same 7-day return policy, beginning on the date the book is delivered to you.

The estimated delivery timeframe for Pre-Orders is generally 8–12 weeks, as indicated on our Website.

International Orders

This policy applies to orders worldwide. However, customers in certain countries or regions may have additional mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
