About

Most of what we own of our dogs lives in a camera roll — thousands of photos, buried, unprinted, forgotten by the next software update. We thought they deserved better than that.

The Dog Book exists to give each breed a single, definitive object: not a photo album, not a gift-shop paperback, but a volume built the way a serious publisher builds a monograph — with real craft, real materials, and real intention behind every page.

Each edition is designed around one breed alone. Bookcloth cover. Blind-debossed lettering. Heavy interior stock chosen for how it holds ink and light. A rigid slipcase finished in a close-up photograph of that breed's own coat — so before you even open the book, you're holding something unmistakably theirs.

This isn't a book you read once and shelve. It's a piece you leave out.

The Slipcase

The slipcase comes first.

01

The coat, up close

Each coat is shot close enough to lose its shape — closer to paint than to fur. No two breeds print alike.

02

The pattern is the label

No text, no label — just the coat itself, close enough that you recognize the breed on sight.

03

Revealing is an art

The book doesn't just slide out — it takes a firm, deliberate pull. A small ceremony, not a shortcut.
